        Placed an order for 2 matching engraved frames. I would typically rate a 5 because I do love these, however I ordered a 3rd matching frame and the engraving is way bigger than the other two. My order was placed exactly the same way both times. I contacted them and sent a photo in hopes they would work with me but they wont attempt to help at all. Very disappointed in their customer service.

        These guys are wonderful to work with! They made a large custom order of different size frames for me and every frame is spectacular! I will be doing a lot more business with John and Mitch!
