We love JCPenney photostudio. Jules has photographed both my kids and she is is sooo good at making them smile, their natural smile. She is totally comfortable being goofy to make them look their best. She even helped my shy-er child feel comfortable! We love Jules!

We love JCPenney Portraits! They always do such a good job. I have been bringing my 9 kids here for years and love it. Most recently our photographer Shannon was awesome. She listened to my teenage daughter and what she wanted in a picture. We had a great experience.

Donna went above and beyond working with my child to get the most adorable pictures ever! She was so patient the first ten minutes when my one year old was unsure about her new surroundings, but she quickly warmed up. Will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I did a session with photographer Jules Wagstaff, who was both delightful and professional. She did an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied with the photos she took. In addition we had fun. Besides the serious photos, she took some fun ones, for instance with masks (to remember the year of COVID) and ones with entertaining poses and expressions, etc. We highly recommend this location and photographer.
