The staff here are so much friendlier and faster than any other store in the area. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes! Definitely go here over any other branch.

Normally Im not one to leave reviews but Im not satisfied with my experience or results. I wouldnt be leaving a review if I hadnt been through a semi bad experience only to find out a custom color match was NOT a match and will need to be redone because the paint is warm tinted, definitely a different shade, and very obviously different than my cabinetry. Id like it say, I am a DIY person and not an expert in this field, though it shouldnt have mattered at a pant store. I went into the location needing a color match for my cabinets, with an actual drawer in person to find it. I asked an employee for a color match, I was then told to leave the drawer and they wouldnt paint on the front of the drawer. I said great and they said the laquer would be done soon. I then asked if that meant paint? That should have been the first clue to them I was a bit clueless and have no idea what laquer is and maybe needed more specification. That was the end of the conversation, I left thinking Id get more information when I returned with my color match. I then had my husband return in 24 to pick that up. First off, if a person doesnt know what a laquer is maybe dont sell it to them because they dont have a paint sprayer and actually need something a little less heavy duty for a DIY. Second off when we picked up the product was finished in a larger size than we needed. I understand, there may have been a minimum for color matches, but I was not told this so how were we supposed to know and the employee never specified size. Our cheap DIY project just because about $100 in paint. Third off, they had painted on the front of the drawer, granted a small spot but they said they wouldnt have. The real problem was after we went through the process of borrowing someones sprayer, sanding, and prepping the kitchen noon and then fully painting, only to realize the paint color is not a color match and a very obvious difference in color. It is an eye sore. It would have been better if I picked up a card and did it myself.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about ceiling paint. He gave me all of the options available and understood that I didn't want to spend a lot on this particular project. Very helpful! This is an easy shopping experience - easier than a big box store.
