Peak ENT Associates - Provo

I had lost about 80% hearing in one ear after an accident. I had a Dr at a completely different clinic promise he could fix it. After he botched what little hearing I had left, I had given up on ever hearing again. But after I came to peak for a persistent ear infection, they gave me hope. They made no promises, but still made me believe it was worth trying again. When I first woke up after the surgery, I knew it was successful. I could hear again! They determined I still have about 25% hearing loss. So Dr. Curtis Thomas fixed me up with a pretty nifty hearing aid, and he made sure it was the best one that my insurance would cover 100%. I wake up every morning grateful to hear the little things like birds chirping. I can't thank you enough for how much you've improved my quality of life.

Used to visit this office regularly for our childrens ENT needs. Going to have to start looking elsewhere. They changed management a couple years ago and the difference has definitely been noticed. They seem to care about money more than anything now. We were charged $100 for our daughter to be seen for a consultation for tubes on an ear infection that she had almost a month prior and had already resolved itself because their scheduling is outrageous. Consultation itself couldnt have last for more than maybe five minutes. Doctors and medical staff are incredibly nice. Administrative staff was easy to work with as well. The deductibles are insane though and make this place not worth frequenting as a patient.

My husband went in to have tubes put in but instead the dr. came out and said he lost the tubes
