Ascend Education

As an Assistant Professor, I would highly recommend utilizing the Ascend Education course materials for the Microsoft Server and Azure Cloud. The Operating System and Virtual Labs are current (Windows Server 2019) which is quite beneficial for our students. And as an instructor, I highly recommend because of the seamless integraton with our Canvas LMS system along with the ease of access for our students, both on-campus and online. Luke and Megan were both available for the transition of our course materials and always treated us with "Rock Star" treatment. We had minimal issues and when we needed support, Megan responded with quality assistance and within the hour which often times led to instant results.

Working with another instructor, we were looking for lab and quiz based software to help our students learn network security (security+) information. This program with the added information videos really helps the students have both clear videos about the information, written information, quizzes to test their understanding and labs to work with it hands on. The students are able to build their skill set with different learn devices.
