Fiercely relevant training!
Maria was an excellent instructor and demonstrated tremendous knowledge in her field. Having completed first aid training annually for the last 20 years, I can state the her training was by far the most interesting and enjoyable. Maria explained medical details that provided a more solid and comprehensive training because she explained the why behind various aspects of CPR other instructors dont explain.

When starting class of EMT with an instructor, Maria. From the beginning to the end Maria really helped with any problems such as, wanting to stay a little longer to learn more and get better for the next day or ask any questions about EMT such as CPR, SOB shortness of breath or others learning skills and shell answer the question to response the best way. When I was a student, Maria taught very well and comfortably as an instructor. Always helped me and others to take a step forward. I really enjoyed to become an EMT and have an opportunity to take step forwards to become the best Emergency Medical Technician with an amazing instructor, Maria Barcena.

I completed EMT training back in 2017. Maria is an excellent instructor who always came with good energy, passion and knowledge. The EMT program was structured very well and Maria made the material easy to understand. I came with no prior experience in EMT training and I can say that she is dedicated to helping her students succeed in every aspect. Excited to say as an EMT student I passed the first attempt. I am glad I had the chance to experience such high quality training. I highly recommend if you want a great start into a career in medicine or healthcare.

As a former EMT student, I can not say enough good things about this EMT program. Maria is an amazing EMT instructor with an incredible depth and breadth of knowledge. She has a natural gift for helping EMT students learn, apply, and truly understand the incredibly important information taught in this EMT course. It is obvious that Maria cares a lot about her students success, and is an effective and supportive instructor. After completing Marias EMT program, I felt confident in my skills, was able to pass the NREMT on my first take, and got to quickly start working in the field of EMS. If youre looking for a solid EMT program will build a strong foundation for a career in EMS or the medical field in general, this is the one!!!

I did my EMT training back in 2018 with Maria as my instructor. I had zero medical experience and hadn't been to any type of school in over a decade. Maria is very dedicated, approachable and made me feel comfortable in class. She knows her EMT material inside and out; and is an even better EMT instructor. I was always excited to go to EMT class, as Maria knows a variety of teaching methods to compliment diverse learning styles. She would go above and beyond by making herself available outside of class time to tutor anyone that wanted help. Through her engaging lectures and EMT skill sessions, I was able to pass the NREMT on my first try and land an EMT position with an ambulance company. Maria is very professional, compassionate and breeds successful EMTs through her EMT program.
