Thyroid Institute of Utah

A few years ago, I was referred to the Thyroid Institute of Utah by my primary care physician. The front officer staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Segkos explained his diagnosis. Dr Riddle operated on me removing my thyroid and followed up, resolving my concerns. I now go in for follow up exams and maintenance with Sharla Morgan. All of the staff treat me with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this facility and staff.

They were very kind and caring towards my daughter. The doctor answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. The MAs were on top of things and I got my lab results quickly and efficiently. Wonderful place would recommend.

I have been going to the thyroid institute for 3 years and have had a number of issues. There have been countless times they didnt send my lab request forms even though an hour prior they have called saying its all sent and ready to go. They are TERRIBLE at answering phone calls during business hours. Sometimes you can even hear them pick up and quickly hang up on you. Both receptionists and nurse lines. I have been trying to get ahold of them several times this week but can never get through and never receive return calls so today (Saturday) I decided to call in hopes to leave a voicemail. The answering service lady was completely rude and unprofessional leaving me in tears. So now Im deciding its time to be done at the thyroid institute.
