        I'm really not sure about them at times. Their lawyers seem competent but their accountant is an absolute joke. He couldn't accountant his way out of a paper bag. Good thing he isn't the one showing up in court for ya!

        Justin took advantage of me during a very vulnerable place in my life where I had just lost a very emotional court case. He assured me that appealing the case was a *must* thing to do and that they had a very good chance at winning. $35,000+ and almost almost 3 years later, I found out today (not from Heideman office, but rather by me calling the court myself) that I lost on EVERY issue. I was not even given the courtesy of a phone call by Heidemans office. Several of the issues in the appeal were not even considered by the appellate court because of how Heideman filed things incorrectly. If you are considering appealing a case- just dont. Just do the smarter thing and move on and dont give this firm any more money.
