Called and scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. I called to find out where they were and no one answered and I could never get a hold of them.

I bought a coupon through Amazon Local for sprinkler check and adjustment. My appointment was for 7:30 am to 8:30 am. At 8:30 I called the number and left a message. At 10:30 I got a call back saying he would check with his employee and get back to me. I left several messages throughout the course of the day, and so far, two days later, I still haven't heard from them. Then I called again on the third day, and didn't get voicemail for a change. The owner said he would personally come at 7:30 the next morning and would give me a bag of fertilizer for my trouble. The next morning, a man (not the owner) came and I showed him the system. He went to work, but was gone 15 minutes later without another word. I have no idea what he did, (if anything). I didn't get anything for my trouble...not even an explanation of what he found.
