the worst insurance agent ive ever had, if i could give zero stars i would. we needed a quote for our new home insurance and its been a 1 1/2 months and they cant get my lenders anything at all and when i called them they said they have no idea about the request but my lender said they absolutely knew about it. they dont EVER answer their phone & everything is in spanish but this agent knew i only spoke english so i cant understand any information they give me. cant wait to get a new agent after this experience, save your time and go with someone else.

I just want to warn people. This agent has given me the worst insurance experience ever. No one was available when I needed to know what to do after getting my car vandalized. I get the runaround everytime I have questions about cancelling my policy. And I never get a call back. It's been over a month that I've been trying to cancel, and I don't understand why my money is still being taken by these people. Don't buy insurance from this agency.
