I called DCS after another big company initial came out and tried to rip us off. Dennis was very responsive and trustworthy. His team saved us tens of thousands of dollars and months of work. The communication was excellent. They arrived on time and did a great job. Beware of the other big cleanup company who seem to have a big incentive to rip everything out just to up the charge. Dennis will not do that. I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful for the professionalism, coordination, and communication from DCS. Lucio, Darkwin, and Yelar were so helpful and kind. The job was done quickly and efficiently, my questions were always answered promptly, and there was a constant sense of optimism in the middle of a crisis. Easily 5 stars.

Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and helped us avoid a costly shower remodel due to a leak. Would highly recommend!

I own a town home in Lehi. While the tenant was out of town a toilet failed, causing water to flood the third floor most of the second floor and into the basement. The damage was very extensive, even permeating the outwals of the town home. Rugs, drywall, laminate flooring, ceiling in the garage, and other rooms, trim, and doors were damaged. I contacted Dennis Fajardo, owner of DCS of Utah and he immediately went into action with his crews, within just a couple of hours, they had the carpeting pulled up, and many fans installed drying out the home and mitigating the damages. They worked tirelessly. Dennis knew just what was needed and arranged for it immediately. He provided me with photos of the damage and the remediation. He assisted me in making contact with the appropriate insurance companies to pay for the claim. After mitigation efforts, he arranged for the repairs with a contractor who did an amazing job. Dennis and DCS oversaw the repairs and provided photos of their progress. We informed him of the date for the return of the tenant, and all repairs were complete before the tenant returned. When the tenant arrived, he was amazed. He said "Even my books were in the same order on the bookshelves!!" (the bookshelves had to be removed during the restoration process). DCS was able to do this because the intentionally took photos of the contents of the house before disturbing anything and then used the photos to restore everything to its proper place. DCS are true professionals. They know their work. They know how to work with insurance companies. They treat the homeowner as they would one of their own family. They take pride in their work, and are trustworthy and honest to a fault. If they say they are going to do something, they will do it. They work very hard to make sure the home owner is satisfied. Their work is first class. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation!! They will not disappoint! Robert Dyer
