The prices here are jacked up over 25% higher than other DQs nearby. A garlic chicken strip basket with no drink is $12.49. A few miles away, its $9.99. A small blizzard is $5.79, elsewhere its $4.39.
This DQ is massively over-exploiting its proximity to BYU campus. Go to a different location, this one doesnt deserve to be rewarded for its scummy practices. Not to mention the building is small and unaccommodating.

This is probably the most inefficient and poorly managed DQ Ive been to. I was hoping the staff was just having a bad day, but based on reviews, this place is poorly run. The drive-thru took 20 minutes for 4 cars. The staff wasnt helpful. They closed early and the people waiting in line were turned away. They no longer honor the Starving Student Card, which is frustrating to find out after waiting 20 minutes. Hope management can do better.

Ok UPDATED REVIEW: They finally had people working and lights on during open hours. We went inside and the employees were nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and nice as well. Super glad I can get my Dilly Bars again!! The best ice cream bar ever!!
This location is one of the worst when it comes to service. EVERY TIME I try to go through the drive through NO ONE IS EVER THERE!! You can sit there for as long as you want, you can ask if they are there. You can even drive up to the window and knock and NO ONE EVER SHOWS UP!!! You have to go in and then if your lucky they might decide to do their job and come to the front to take your order. I am BLOWN away that this location is still open. The ONLY reason I ever go there is for the dilly bars. However if you actual want any food good luck!!
