Dr Blake and his staff are awesome! Always accommodating even on short notice, friendly and personable. Dr Blake truly cares about his patients health and his follow up is that of past generations.

ok yall this is the best experience ive ever had with a doctor. im currently uninsured (they recommend you get a high deductible plan for direct patient care if you cant afford low deductible + dpc) and wanted a way to see a doctor regularly without breaking the bank. direct patient care is a completely different experience than regular doctors offices in the best way possible. even if i were insured, i would go here. dr. blake was fantastic. i wasnt rushed, he listened to ALL of my concerns, and he addressed them. he made me feel comfortable and cared for. i emailed them yesterday to see what their availability was for health concerns i had and they got me in today. i usually have to wait days or even weeks to see the doctor! his wife runs the front desk and is soooo lovely. i highly recommend this to those on a high deductible health plan or those of you who may be in between jobs/arent insured. i had so much anxiety going in today but left feeling so relieved.

If I had it my way I'd never go to a doctor. My leg could be covered in gangrene and I would let it rot up to the point that it interfered with something fun I wanted to do. And even then I'd simply feed it to a hungry dog and then duck tape the stub. But my wife made me go get a physical last week and I chose Blake Family Medicine and the weirdest thing happened, I was there for nearly an hour and enjoyed it. What a weird sentence to type, for two reasons: what doctor these days spends an hour talking to his patients and who in their right mind enjoys hour-long doctors visits? But what can I say? I had a good time. I shot the breeze with Dr. Blake like we were pals, he did medically things to me while we talked, explained some stuff I didn't understand and got me a great deal on my lab tests. Now I have a doctor. I've always considered it a badge of honor to NOT have a doctor. I now consider it a point of shame, not only to not have a doctor, but to NOT have Dr. Blake as your doctor.
