Cheap products, weak leadership. If you are thinking about working here think twice. You are getting into a toxic environment full of hypocrisy and gossip. No training provided, they expect you to know everything by the third day. The production area is control by two ladies that like to talk about their personal life outside of work. The production supervisor is either dating one of the ladies, or has feelings for her because he is so afraid of her (they even take trips together) If you don't participate in their daily discussion about personal life outside of work, you are going to get terminated soon. The other departments were amazing, especially the shipping department, the technicians and the engineers are always trying to help. Company pays benefits so its a plus. If you are thinking about applying for a position in the production area be prepared to be scrutinized by the two main ladies, be ready to talk about your personal life (boyfriend, ex husbands, kids, ) even though they pay for benefits, you won't last long in here. I won't recommend.

They make some of the best precision microphones and accelerators around. I use their products almost daily in acoustics research at BYU. We enjoy having them nearby and appreciate the products they've donated to us for acoustics outreach use.
