        Received an email from an IT Harbor account rep that started with "Following up from our last chat." We have never chatted or had any contact before. I have no idea if the company is any good at what they do, but they are comfortable with lying as a marketing technique and I will never do business with them for that reason. Who would want a business partner who starts the relationship with a lie?
