      image I've been to this Sonic a few times and each time I've been disappointed. The food itself is good, but the wait time is insane. I wait at least 30 mins each time I go even if there are only a few cars in front of me. Last time I went I waited in line 10-15 minutes and the line didn't move at all, so I left the line and went to Chick Fil A instead and was in and out in no time. I wanted Sonic, but I will continue to give business to other restaurants because the wait time is not worth it.

      image I love their food but their online order service is horrible. I placed an order and I waited over an hour and they kept saying that they havent received it, so then I called them and the person who answered the phone was completely rude and she didnt even try to help.
