        We've had a very bad experience since switching to AT&t from Verizon. We were hoping to get better reception in the Salem, South County area but it's noticeably worse than Verizon. However the most disappointing was the Provo store representatives gave us incorrect information, promised us discounts and a free phone that in fact we were not eligible for. They should have known this. We are switching back to Verizon on several of the lines but one of them we cannot because we are bound by a device contract. Very disappointed because we shopped around quite a bit and based our decision on the inaccurate information that was given to us by the AT&t sales rep at the Provo store.
