My husband and I went here over the weekend. The ice cream is great (a little freezer burned though) but the service was not great. I have a treenut allergy and asked what ice creams had nuts in them because the ingredients arent listed next to the flavor name. The employee didnt know which ones had nuts. He and his coworker then looked at all the flavors and tried to guess which ones had nuts. They said they had a cheat sheet of what flavors had nuts but they couldnt find it. This was super frustrating and annoying for someone with a nut allergy.

I wasnt greeted but immediately asked if I was ready the moment I walked in the store, I wasnt even in front of the chocolate display yet.it would have been nice to look at what you have before rushing me to order. And the girl preparing chocolate covered apples wasnt wearing gloves and her long hair was completely loose and not pulled back in anyway.huge food service red flag! Majorly turned off. Just leads me to wonder what other food service guidelines are they not following here

I was very disappointed in the products. The rest of the experience was a good one. I spent $50 on chocolate and it all tasted awful. I could not eat most of it because it was so bad. Will not be going back.
