Bubble Haus

We ordered Hella Nutella and a mango smoothie. Hella Nutella was alright, they used BYU creamery brownies and ice cream. I didn't like the mango smoothie though.

The bubble waffle was the best thing I had here. My milk tea tasted watered down and the brown sugar boba was mid. My friends smoothie also tasted watered down. The pink walls are cute but there are decorations that make it look cheep. If the tinsel was for new years it's a bit late taking them down. The service was good. Parking was hard to find.

I usually like this place. Ive had the bubble waffles and they are pretty good especially for Provo. However, when I went this time, it took ten minutes to input my order because the worker said she only knew how to put in milk teas and asked if we wanted that instead. I kindly said no Im not a big fan and I wanted my green tea instead. She didnt know how to add flavor or boba to it and she told me and my boyfriend that our order was weird since it wasnt normal milk tea. When my order came out it was wrong but it wasnt bad. I just felt awkward and like I was in the wrong while ordering even though my order is standard across boba tea places.

I cannot rate your product, couldnt pay with cash or Venmo. No very friendly place and parking are available with permit only. The corner of 500 North with Freedom Blvd is a very good location but it is a very busy intersection. The GPS took me to the Sushi place across from yours. I have to park behind next door building because its confusing and I didnt want to be towed. No friendly cooperation from your neighboors either from Guadalajara or the other businesses. All spaces for their customers only. Yours and the cookie place look very empty. Lots of challenges but you dont take cash? After all I did to get to your place. Didnt feel welcome. Sorry!

Nothing special at all. The price was too high for the quality of the drink. My wife couldn't even finish hers because it tasted so bad.
