The staff were so kind and helpful! As someone who's terrified of needles they did very thing they could to help me feel relaxed, not see the needle, and humor me and laugh. Super kind amazing best experience I've had

I didn't have a good experience here at all. I have been donating since 2015 and have never had any issues donating. I moved to provo and went to this center for a month. Everytime there was always some issue. I can only go at night, and was told all of the unexperienced workers had the night shift. No one could find my veins, and the most frustrating part was I would literally point to where the needle needed to go and they would ignore me. A normal 40 minute draw at any other center would take a minimum of 90 minutes. Then one day I showed up and they blacklisted me, saying I "didn't have good enough veins" and that I needed to take a few months off before returning. I transfered to another center the next day and never had another problem since.

I love it. Every experience has been so good. But Brani is a person who works there and all my friends and I have such a horrible experience with her. Other than that I love the place. I would happily give five stars if it wasn't for Brandi
