        I have always felt that Zions Bank was a big rip off. It turns out theyre a small one as well. I came in to close an account. They didnt close it and then they sent a $2.83 paper statement fee and threatened to ding my credit rating. I went in to have them fix it. They refused to write off the fee because I didnt come in a month earlier. Theyve set up a bureaucracy. That is so difficult. They cant provide good customer service. It just stupid. Terrible customer service.
