Hi Mirisha, we are disappointed to learn of your experience here at AAMCO, but will take this opportunity to improve. We noted that you brought your Ford F250 in August of last year. In our notes we were told that the transfer case had been stuck in 4x4 and that was your major concern. You also noted that your hub vacuum lines were reworked recently. Our techs noted that you still had vacuum problems on your front hubs and that the left front wheel bearing was making noise. You did not have these issues addressed here at Aamco. While the vehicle had 215K miles, the transmission fluid was red and had no burnt odor - and the transmission shifted normally on our test drive. Typically, with no transmission codes, normal fluid without a burnt smell and a normal test drive - we cannot recommend a transmission repair. We are sorry that you later had issues with your transmission in California - We would like to help turn your experience around.
