        They didn't fix it the first time had to go back in. Now it's a bunch more problems They could have just fixed the first time and not wasted my time telling me it was finished and to come pay. I gotta go do it all over again and my time is very valuable

        The guys in the shop, and especially Elan, did us a huge solid. We were having transmission issues, and our car was throwing a lot of codes. Willys crew were able to get us in quickly. Before diving into a bunch of expensive fixes and potentially keeping our car for days, they recommended some other work be done beforehand to see if it would fix the issues related to the codes. Likely saved us from doing a whole transmission replacement. Highly recommend these guys.

      Mr. Epps brought the vehicle to the shop with a broken catalytic converter, causing debris to move into the exhaust pipe and resulting in a severe clog. The vehicle was experiencing a bad misfire and couldn't exceed 10 mph. We recommended and performed the replacement of the broken catalytic converter, and spark plugs, and the cleaning of the exhaust pipe. Despite being clear about our 12-month warranty on parts and labor, we haven't received any communication from Mr. Epps about any issues in the two days since the service.The motor mounts in his vehicle are worn, as we reported during the second visit, causing a sound from underneath his vehicle. It's worth noting that this issue is not related to the initial concerns for which the vehicle was brought in.
