Audio Video Environments

Tried to have a simple install done. Lance made excuses about why he couldn't so the install, said my control unit was bad. Highly doubt that. I believe he wanted to try to upsell me because he immediately started trying to sell me a new unit that I couldn't afford. I tried so hard to reply ate the results he was having after leaving, could not make it do whatever he had it doing. Will not be back. Would rather spend my money elsewhere than be neglected and upsold on something I don't need. Loved Ralph. Not a fan of Lance or Kent unfortunately. My truck now operates as I wanted and I spent less than what Lance tried to charge me. He was avoiding his job because it was snowing and that terrible business ethics. Will not return.

I wanted a real Home Cinema and was given the best advise for the quality components I needed to buy. (I like the in wall speaker options) Kent is knowledgeable and his prices are great. Love my screen, projector and 15 inch bass sub! He hooked me up with a technician to install everything and I am so happy. I get a lot of compliments on my Home Cinema! It was totally worth the time to get the sound and audio/video advise I needed.
