Lofts at River's Edge

Just moved it, its very clean and everyone has been very attentive!!

Was trying to find a rental to be near my son while he attends UVU. Apartment hunting while living out of state was challenging. However, once I settled on a place and notified Lofts that I wanted to withdraw my application, to which they agreed. But I was told that my holding fee could not be refunded on my card, but would be coming as a check. That was over 2 weeks ago and no check. They dont answer calls. Feel like I need to contact BBB.

We knew we wanted to be at the Lofts the moment we met Ben for our tour. We felt at HOME right away!! This place exceeded our expectations. We are so so stoked to make this our home. Everyone here has been so amazing with accommodating us. We had to add a few things in our apartment for our grandmother (high toilet, extra bars etc) and without hesitation Ben got right on it and everyone here made it happen. Thank you so so much!! There is no doubt we made the right decision to move here

Wow, this complex is perfect! Its newly built, and its beautiful. It comes with a lot of amenities such as a few pickleball courts, a hot tub, a gym at the clubhouse, and more! I highly recommend moving here!

If I could give it 10 stars I would! Ive loved my experience at Lofts at Rivers Edge! The units are incredible, the amenities are amazing and everyone is so helpful. The management team is kind and will take all the time you need to walk you through your lease agreement and answer any questions you may have. Work orders are fixed quickly and everyone is so nice. You can tell the team knows what they are doing and are working hard to make your experience nothing short of incredible. Im a HUGE fan of how close it is to Walmart and a variety of food places. I work in a corporate position so having Kiln so close is a big benefit for me as well. I absolutely love it here and plan to stay a while!
