Dr. Hansen performed a root canal after a crown installation resulted in an infection. I had been in several weeks of discomfort, and after the procedure and allowing for a couple of days to ensure all is well, I can say that it worked marvelously. The office staff is warm and generous. McKenna, assisting, consistently provided support and inquired into how I was doing throughout the procedure. Everything was explained well. Let's be frank: a root canal is not a procedure anyone wants to go through, but I was grateful for a quick appointment and excellent results. Dr. Hansen uses a procedure called "Gentle Wave," which is noted for its lack of pain. The injections to numb the area had the most "sting," but nothing to be fretful about. Oh, and classic rock is on. It's a "hip" office.
