        Not only do they take Amazon returns as long as you have a full label on it. But it is a DIY'ers paradise! I will definitely be going back for all my DIY needs!

        Terrible. They would not do the bare minimum of providing a receipt/proof for a package dropped off, though UPS provides notice that consumers must get such a receipt for all packages worth +$50 (my alternative is to drive an hour to an official UPS store). I will report to UPS. A contractor is paid to meet certain basic standards.

        After a failed delivery attempt because the post office closes at noon everyday, I cant arrange to pick up my package. They made a new label for it and will try again next week. This is so unbelievably inconvenient. How many times can this happen before I can go pick it up myself? Because right now they wont let me.

        Delivery driver didnt feel like knocking or using the doorbell. Your better off going and picking up your package yourself.

        Didn't check the box in immediately. Says "just put it on cart." It would be better to check it in, hopefully it makes it.
