I gave them all the information they needed last month along with my section 8 voucher. They then lost my income verification, failed to tell me or they did so. They didn't tell the actual owner until I was set to move into the house today on March 19, 2024 and then he decided to cancel the lease because they just barelytold him im on ssi cause I had to remind them. They than lied to me telling me I didn't give them all the information when I know I did the first day almost a month ago, so now I am homeless because of them. If I had the money to sue them for discrimination I would.

This lady lives up to her name, beware! She never answers calls or fixes maintenance problems. Then acts like it is such a burden that you called to have issues in HER rentals fixed. She is the definition of a slumlord. She will come up with any excuse to not give deposits back. To top it off, she will come to your job months after you move out and harass you. Go anywhere but here, you won't regret it.

Worst place to rent from. Karen has no common sense. The building that I lived in should not be able to be suitable for apartments.

Majority of these reviews are bad,and for a reason,she is rude, unprofessional, a thief and liar. She left my daughter and new born granddaughter without a refrigerator for 35 days and then told us she wasn't renewing our lease.They never fixed anything. Beware. Beware. Beware. She also kept our deposit,and dog deposit. And then says we owe her. She's a thief and a joke.no wonder they only have 2 stars.....
