        This bank is a nightmare. Lots of hidden fees and they will not help you out(approve small loan) if you get into a tight spot. AFCU is a world of difference. Go there.

        Terrible service. The teller could not help us with our request and didnt even know how to perform it or if it could be done and didnt try to find out. She then told us her manager MIGHT know, but that they were at lunch and would not be back for over an hour. Just ridiculous that no one who even knew how to help us was present at the branch at 2:30 pm. Went to the AF branch and they were able to help us immediately and answer all our questions.
