I always change my own oil at least I used to this is my first visit there, and I gotta say it was impressive. Other companies could learn a thing or two about efficiency from them and their quality was top-notch. Thanks guys.!

Overall, they did a good job at a fair price. They honored a $20 off email I had been sent, and did the break check for free. I recommend them. There were some small annoyances that made the experience not ideal. They weren't big issues, but maybe the customer experience could be better. - Waited 10 minutes in the lobby area at the time of my appointment before talking with someone. - When I did see someone, instead of looking at the online appointment I had made to see my name, number, car, etc ... they asked me to fill out a paper with the same information I had already entered online. - I had to call them 4 hours after dropping off the car to find out the status. They did say they called me and left a message, but I had no record of it on my phone. - There was not a new sticker on the car with a reminder of the next oil change.
