    Val came out today to snake my drain line and did an amazing job!!! He was quick and very clean with his work. Even put down floor protectors to keep my floors from getting dirty! Will use and recommend Allstar to all my friends and family

    Avoid these guys at all costs. We had the misfortune of having our neighbor use this company to do a sewer line insert on her home. In the process, they failed to identify that we had a shared line with that neighbor, and as a result they ran that insert right over our inlet to the shared branch line, cutting us completely off from the main city sewer. As a result, my family has spent the last week in a hotel while we sort this mess out. When a reputable and competent company, Stott Plumbing, came out and identified the problem, All Star chose not to come out immediately, and instead took a strategy of denying that it was their error. They're trying to place the blame on the city for not alerting them to the issue, a position that NONE of the professionals now involved in this mess agree with in their discussions with us. (They'll no doubt attempt to deny culpability in a response to this review, as well, seems to be their MO - check out their Yelp reviews for what seems to be more accurate insight into this company's reputation). Moreover, when the city reached out to All Star to ask them for their position, these guys had the audacity, and I'd argue complete lack of integrity, needed to state that they'd be "happy to give us estimate" to come out to fix their mistake, on my dime!! I find them to be unbelievably dishonest and inept people, a sentiment repeatedly echoed in reviews on other sites. Meanwhile, I'm out tens of thousands to sort out their errors and get my family back in our home - what if I were someone who couldn't afford that? My family would be on the street because of All Star's seemingly-amateurish operation. In my opinion, this company shouldn't just be avoided, it should be shut down, in my experience they're a danger to our public systems as our torn up street (photo attached) would indicate. STEER CLEAR!!! UPDATE: I have to comment on their response, below, which gave me a chuckle. Again, to be very clear, this company made an error while working on my neighbor's house that blocked my off fully from the sewer line, flooded my home, and resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in repair and restoration. Their response, that they actually publicly posted below, is to blame everyone else involved, and to tell me i should be thankful and contributing more money to the problem because I "benefited" from it? Wow - I'll leave it to any potential customers reading this to decide for themselves, does that sound like a company of integrity and honesty, or is my opinion of them (one you'll see echoed countless times on Yelp and other sites), spot on?

Eric your accusation that we're crooks and dishonest is slander at its finest. You're not our customer and we've never spoken to you to have an opportunity to "be dishonest" or "a crook". We provided a sewer repair to your neighbor which was permitted and inspected both prior to the liner installation and after and all was passed off successfully. When pulling the permit, there was no mention from the city that this was a shared lateral and due to the extremely poor condition of the line, no sewer wye or tie in was identified by either us or the inspector. Had we known your line tied in we have the equipment to drill out and reinstate the line which requires no digging and 45 min of time. Instead, Stott gives you a bid- and an inaccurate bid at that to dig up the road which didn't need to be dug up because apparently the wye was further up in the yard, so Stott dug an unnecessary hole in the road which is very amateurish to say the least-you accept it and then upon discovery of the liner you want us to pay for the repair. Had you contacted us prior to any agreement with Stott we could have figured something out. Our position is we did everything we're required to do by the city. But what you need to do is go to your neighbor, our customer, and help foot the bill for the last half of the shared sewer line that's been repaired, that she paid for but now you benefit from.With regards to Yelp, the long running joke among business owners is Yelp is where people go to complain. We have dozens of great reviews on Yelp but unless you're an avid complainer on Yelp the 5-star reviews don't count. You keep claiming Stott to be this great company, but they have their fair share of negative reviews and they're by no means Yelp rockstars.Again all I can reiterate is that this line was tv'd multiple times by several different people, city inspectors included, and no one saw that tie in due to the exceedingly poor condition of line. While shared lines aren't uncommon, they most definitely are not the norm. We as a company did what's expected per city requirements..
