I called Platinum Air and they sent out Jaden same day! I appreciate him and all the options he gave me. I was able to ask him all my questions and he was extremely knowledgeable...Excellent service all around! Highly recommend

Great scheduling and nice people. Didnt like sales practices and diagnostic. I was quoted or simple misheard a lower price than I was actually charged for the diagnostic. The diagnostic turned into a sales pitch on payment plans and subscriptions. Good/better/best - i want to bill you monthly. I simply just wanted the guy to fix the part that wasnt working. Didnt get a clear quote on what it cost to replace what. Good/better/best doesnt make sense on the cost to fix a sensor. At minimum they wanted $1,000. Didnt understand for what. Its an old machine. Ill shop around and pay someone cash to put in a new machine. Shouldve saved my $ and got a neighbor to help check it out.
