Cascade Family Dental

I am so grateful for Cascade Family Dental and for their teacher friendly hours. The office is clean and lovely. The hygienist was kind and friendly as well as the dentist. Loved my experience there!

We love Cascade Family Dental! They are so good with our kids and helping them feel at ease, I love how quickly they are able to fill cavities too! I also appreciate that many of the hygienists are very gentle yet thorough when cleaning our teeth. And the play area for kids helps our children actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Horrible customer service! They charged my adult daughter for her sisters bill and wouldnt pay her back and that charge was a fee was due to a family members death and we couldnt make it in that day. I did call to let them know about what had happened and they told me it was ok and they wouldnt charge her. I would definitely not recommend going there. They really only care about money and not their patients. They also dont comply with HIPPA which to me is a big deal to me.

I recently went to Cascade to have some teeth removed. My dentist was Dr Black and he was horrible! He treated me terribly. I am on Medicaid because I am bipolar and cannot work. I was treated like a second class citizen. I have extreme anxiety and PTSD. My anxiety level is extremely high at the dentist. Dr Black did not care at all! I was really struggling and was even crying, this just made him rip my teeth out as fast as he could. He never addressed my anxiety or discomfort. This experience sent me into a bipolar episode. It was a horrible experience!!

Dentist sent me away in pain, not helpful. Do not buy the dental insurance before appointment.
