        Andrea, Megan and Alamu were so helpful! I came in with an identity theft issue and they were very all over it! They were so thorough, and answered all our questions and helped us get set up with a brand new account. This whole situation has been such a nightmare but they helped us feel that there was some light at the end of this tunnel!

        I love going to the Payson branch of SSFCU! I always get friendly, helpful & fast service. Recently I have interacted with Megan on a few occasions & she is very knowledgeable. Moreover the other tellers I have dealt with give the same great service. I highly recommend this branch!

        I am a shared banking customer. I came in to make a deposit but the shared banking was down. The bank teller said that she would personally call me when it was back up. I did not think I would get a call and forgot about it. SURPISE! I did. What wonderful customer service! I love this branch! Thank you for stellar customer service! I am amazed that they provide this level of service to someone who does not have an account at their credit union.
