        Had a mediocre experience using this company to rent our apartment. Lots of miscommunication and failure to complete basic tasks. Wouldnt recommend.

        The place is old.. very old and not clean. The location is what made us choose this place but we wont revisit silver king until its updated and cleaned better. $1400 a night should get you more than this
