      Dear Lauren Wages, We appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience caused by the this experience. Our policy clearly states that last-minute cancellations are non-refundable as pulled your invoice in our CRM systems shows you called a 3 luxury SUVs and cancelled in the last minute stating snow and wether conditions our company only works with new cars and best snow tires in the market now, as they impact our schedule and resources. We offered the money you paid ($100) to us converted as an Ecredit to use towards future ride and was refused. We value your business and hope for future opportunities to provide you with reliable transportation services.Best regards,Rio Transportation
