Surefoot

My wife bought her boots here last year. At that time they said, if they arent completely comfortable, bring them back to any location. They were not lying. My wife loves them, but had a spot on her shin that was painful after a day of skiing. We brought them back a year later and told them what was going on and the first words out of his mouth were, whatever it takes. They proceeded to rebuild the tongue and fixed some other issues as well. Thank you to Asi and the team. Highly recommended.

One of my friends says that the best thing about skiing is the ecstasy after taking off your boots at the end of the day. With my Surefoot boots, that is no longer the case, as they are so comfortable. Boots and custom liner are amazing, and Steven was super helpful. Highly recommend!

What a joke. They charge you two grand for ski boots that, while comfortable, fall apart within a few days of skiing. After about 3-5 days of skiing the tongue of my right boot fell out. I went in to a different Surefoot store and they taped and stapled it up to fix it. After another 5-7 days the left boot tongue came out (keep in mind I had been extremely cautious about pulling the tongue since the right tongue came out). I went in to another Surefoot store where they stapled and taped it. Today, after maybe another 3-4 days of skiing the left tongue ripped out again as I gently (with it even touching the tongue) took my boots off. What good are custom liners if they cant even last a season and I cant trust my boots enough to ski a resort that doesnt have a Surefoot store at the base. This place is a scam at best. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
