We were welcomed with top-notch service at this ski/snowboard rental shop at the base of Park City Mtn, and day before at their other location at Town Ski Lift. We stayed just 4 blocks away from base area for easy walk, and the staff all assisted us quickly & friendly. We enjoyed leaving our street-boot-shoes in their free cubbies-storage, with clear convenient drop off/pick up of our equipment each day. This is a large mountain, 40 lifts, 200+ runs, and we're looking forward to returning soon!

I manage property rentals in town and have referred clients to Aloha several times. It was the last time for sure. The ski techs were watching a World Cup soccer game and literally ignored the clients, to the point I would say excuse me they would look at me and completely ignore us making us wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Complete lack of professionalism.

Awesome place to rent from. We worked with Kenny and the guys to get setup on different boots, skis, and poles. Ver knowledgeable. We reserved online for a discount prior to arriving into Park City. We went with the gold package for versatility of trying different skis and boots. We swapped a few times based upon the mountain conditions & they were super helpful. Highest recommendations & super personable.
