        The woman who attended to me was unpleasant and a bad person; it was terrible service and customer care. I had to go to UPS across the street because I received very rude treatment.

        Worst service received to date at Fed-ex. Drove into town to ship some electronics on a deadline and was told they are out of boxes in the size we needed for the next 7 days. The gentleman who helped us truly was not interested in problem-solving to split it into multiple boxes to make it work. Cant understand how a shipping company is out of boxes.
