Ruth's Chris Steak House

For the price we paid you would think they would get a steak temperature right. My medium rare filet was still mooing and raw. My salad the lettuce was yellow and white. For $300 not very impressed. Probably would not return. Update. Contacted by management inquiring what had happened. Took the time to let them know, and never heard from them again. One star experience with Ruth Chris. Definitely will not return. Clearly money is all they care about. Too many steak houses out there with better value and better concern for their patrons.

Perfectly prepared steaks. The Ruth Chris chopped salad was excellent.

The best cuts ever. Never disappointed! Only tip is to cut back on the sugar for the dessert options. There's sweet tooth and then there's Ruth's Chris sweet tooth.

Still great after 15+ years since I last came. Food is always good and service also good. What was a bit weird during my visit was that servers asked us about three times if we needed a take out box WHEN we were visibly and evidently still eating hmm were they kicking us out? We didnt love the shoelace fries, so I recommend to better order the original French fries. Server also forgot to bring an au gratin potato that I originally order.. but we didnt fight it as it turned out to be way enough food. Even though we had these few eventualities I would still recommend this place and would definitely come back. It is a traditional high quality fine dining steak house. Meat (most important) was more than perfect and was brought exactly as we wanted it cooked, they strive for excellence and you can notice that. For dessert we had the very safe vanilla haggen Daz ice cream which was perfect + a cheesecake which was very yummy but way too big even to share between two people who love dessert. The wine variety is amazing (not often do we find priorat wines in the USA more rare in utah).
