        Derrik was incredibly helpful and instrumental in helping my girlfriend and I locate and purchase a house in Park City. It was no easy feat working through the process being from LA/Out of state - but with Derrik's help we were able to efficiently maneuver. Derrik provided so much insight on desirable areas, and unbiased feedback on where/when to avoid certain properties. Beyond finding the house itself, Derrik also was very helpful in identifying other important and trusted contacts needed to execute the deal (Lenders, Inspectors, Title Companies, etc.) It being our first time through the process - he was thorough every step along to way to not only ensure everything went well without a hitch, but also that we understood and learned the nuances/importance of each step along the way. I would 10/10 recommend Derrik to anyone looking to buy a house in the Park City (and beyond) area - which he clearly has crucial and valuable insight doing for myself and so many others!
