I worked with Cameron to buy a home in Park City. Each step of the process, Cameron came through promptly, reliably with excellent knowledge, experience and advice. His negotiation skills are first rate. Cameron listens. He demonstrated immense patience and professionalism. He went out of his way to make sure I understood various choices to consider. Cameron helped us to find our first home in Park City. We worked with Cameron for several months before finding a perfect first home. Throughout our search, he tried to clearly understand our requirements/needs, consistently sent us listings, was highly professional during showings, was always available and quick to respond to our questions, and was helpful with all practical stuff that came up along the way thru pre & post closing. We especially appreciated that Cameron was honest and patient and did not push on us or tried to speed up the process - giving us time and space to think at every step along the way. He came prepared while showing us new properties with all information that was helpful for us in making a decision. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with Cameron, and highly recommend him as as skilled realtor who definitely goes above and beyond for his clients. Cameron worked with us for over two years as we searched for the perfect cabin. During that time, he was patient, honest, unbiased, selfless, and relentless in his effort to help us. His integrity was frankly remarkable; he had only our interests at heart the entire time, never his own. He never gave us a hard time or complained, nor showed any signs of disappointment, even when we ended up cancelling multiple contracts for different reasons. He just remained committed to helping us find our perfect place, and in the end he really did! Cameron is a man of uncommonly good character, which sounds weird to say about your realtor, but it is priceless to be able to really trust someone as you navigate the stressful process of buying or selling a home. We could see that he was dealing with all his clients with the same dedication and commitment. We never thought about working with someone else, because it was clear that Cameron had as much or more expertise than anyone around in the Utah mountain home market. He has a ton of useful connections and a real depth of knowledge about all the local areas, and mountain homes in general. We are very grateful for Cameron's service and will work with him again when the time comes.

Great Realtor with excellent knowledge of the properties he looks after. We recently closed on a cabin home in Tollgate Canyon, which is a little off grid and unlike your typical home and location to live full time (has septic tank, mountain roads). He gave us a lot of input on the area, how it would be to live there year round, and put us into contact with many experts needed for assessment in closing the deal for us. He will give honest, critical feedback to your needs in a home, what your are looking for, and what you plan to do/get out of your property. Not only that, very easy to work with. Great Realtor and Guy! When we felt needy asking multiple questions or having to come out to the property multiple times, he made it feel like it was no issue and was readily available to meet at reasonable times. Work with him if you can- especially in Tollgate Canyon or general Park cIty area.
