So, I bought an Epson 8500 printer a little while ago, and I needed ink... Online it said that they had the ink I needed, but upon walking in, I realized that they were mistaken. I wasn't able to get the ink I wanted, but I was able to find a few other office products that I'm going to need in the next few days. I would talk about customer service, but I didn't really talk to anybody until I went to check out. They have quite a few options, of things to select, but I'm a bit irritated that they don't have the ink I was hoping for

I waited for 15 minutes at the copy desk. I wanted to have something laminated. She said it would take 15 minutes for the laminating machine to heat up. So I'm going to have to go back and get it another time. Wish I'd have known it wasn't turned on or I would have asked her before I waited all that time.
