Our snowblower broken in late February, as a huge storm was about to come in. We have a very large, uphill driveway. Knowing that it was going to take at least a couple weeks to get it repaired, we hired Dream Custom, LLC to help with our snow removal for a month. They responded very quickly and communicated so well with us. Their service was amazing. They cleared our huge driveway and front steps just as we needed, and did it on time based on our schedule. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again in the future when needed.

I cant rave enough about Dream Custom snow removal services!!! They have the most responsive, timely, professional, and affordable services. On a Saturday water started coming into the house due to an ice dam that had formed. I called them and within 20 minutes they had their group mobilized to come to the house and remove the snow and ice dams from the roof. When I have requested non-emergency snow removal from the decks, it is typically same day or the next. They have been so amazing to work with!!!

It was a nightmare working with this company. We hired them to replace front steps, and path leading to the front door, and add rock terraces up a slope. After they removed our existing stairs they advised that the quote covered only to replace the stairs and they wanted to charge an additional four thousand dollars to replace the path from the top of the stairs to the front entrance, which they already removed. Also the rock terraces we agreed on were supposed to be only about 2-3 feet high. They built a retaining wall that was about 6’ high (over 2x higher than agreed) and wanted to charge extra for additional rocks to build a wall we never wanted or demanded an additional fee to change the wall back to the original agreed terraces. After days of asking them to simply complete the originally agreed work at the original price, they illegally took away the rocks we had already paid for with our deposit, and said they wouldn’t complete the project unless we paid for up charges that were never requested. They refused to return any of our deposit and left garbage, tools, and equipment on our property. Days later when they realized they had forgotten to pick up their equipment they showed up with the police, accusing us of stealing their tools because I had moved them into the garage for safe keeping. I ended up finishing the project myself for 1/10th of the cost they wanted to charge. I’ve talked to other customers and it is apparent this company immediately adds on up charges that were not agreed prior to them starting the work.
