I gave two stars for two reasons: I was not told until check in that there is a room service fee charge which is around 60-70 per day. Second, the wifi was not working for one and half days, which made me unable to teach zoom classes.

Let's start with the good things: location! You literally take a 3-minute walk from the red gondola, and there are a bunch of different shops and restaurants within walking distance. The place is modern and new, has free conference room, working booths, gaming room, steam room, hot tub, pool and gym. and overall nice, neat, modern, and cozy. So that's all good things that I can say about this place. So first of all, in its postings, the place stated that it is located in Park City, which is not entirely true. They are in Canyons, which is the part of Park City, but not Park City itself (and I wanted to stay there, by ending up in Canyons). Also, the room advertising said that it has 2 queen beds and 1 bank bed. In reality, it was only one queen bed. The room design that way, that you can't deploy queen bed without moving furniture around. Claiming bank bed was also a risky business, I have discovered a latter in a closet only at my last day of staying there. So yes, the room was very cramped and inconvenient. As a typical "low coaster " bunch of hidden fees, such as $35, a surcharge for resort fee, which at the end of the day doesn't make this place a good bargain. Won't recommend it. Rooms: Poorly designed and very cramped Nearby activities: 3 minutes walk to the main lift area Walkability: Walking distance from main lift, shops and resort restaurants Food & drinks: Not available at the premises, except vending machine and some pre-made sandwich selection Noteworthy details: Be aware of the hidden fees. The place is not in Park City, but at Canyons, if you want to stay in Park City, you need a different hotel.
