The man I spoke with was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They really need to work on their customer service because as it stands Id never work with them in a million years!

We recently moved into a home that had an existing hot tub. The previous owner suggested I call Justin to come and possibly replace a failing heater. I spoke with Justin by phone, and he suggested I try figuring out which buttons to push in order to change modes from the Economy mode. I was eventually able to get the mode changed back to Standard, but the spa temp continued to drop. I called and left voicemail for Justin. No response. I left a message on the company website. Still no response. I've now had to search out another spa company to come and diagnose/repair the spa. Sadly, it appears that High Country either does not need or want my business.
