I enjoyed working with everyone at this floral atelier. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave great suggestions and even accommodated a last minute need. End products cane out very nicely and everyone at the party loved the floral decor.

We recently hired Marilyn and the Silver Cricket Team to do our wedding in Sundance. Our venue cancelled, and it was an incredibly stressful experience. The one thing we never had to worry about was Marilyn and our flowers. Marilyn was absolutely wonderful to work with, and the flowers for the wedding were stunning. We had guests saying it was truly the most beautiful wedding they've been to - which can be nearly all credited to the amazing flowers. Professional, on-time, kind, and beautiful work. Thank you!

Found this company online. Thanks to Marilyn who was super nice n helpful. Used designers choice for delivery on sisters birthday bouquet. Sis said bouquet was gorgeous and it was a super fancy flower shop. I love to shop local businesses that take pride in their product and customer service. Will gladly use this shop in the future.

It was my birthday last Saturday and my husband ordered me a birthday bouquet from Silver Cricket and had it delivered to our Park City hotel.  Upon checking, we noticed that few flowers appeared a bit "tired" so we emailed the florist Saturday night.They were closed on Sunday and on Monday the owner of the shop sent me a gorgeous new bouquet, called me in person and also emailed us and apologized for the inconvenience.I know they are a wonderful flower shop.  (I received a birthday bouquet from them last year as well and that was amazing!!).   But this time they really went over and beyond.  Thank you Marilyn for the beautiful flowers!  We will be always be your happy loyal customer

I have been using Silver Cricket with owner Marilyn for ten years, always recommending them to my friends since they do such a wonderful job in terms of flower arrangements. And as a local, I feel proud to support local businesses. But lately, I have been very disappointed. Every-time I come to their showroom in Park City, they are always too busy to help because they are preparing and putting flowers together for a wedding. I have recently felt that I am always "begging" them to help me buy flowers and having to open the refrigerator and choosing the flowers by myself when I am the customer. Today was no exception. I came in asking to buy two orchids. I even brought in my own pots at 2pm (not an hour before closing). But the sweet gal over the counter said that "we can do this tomorrow for you" because everyone is too busy putting flowers together for a wedding. It was really sad that all five women working in the open just looked down at their counters and did not say anything (not even one kind response of regret) to me and put the pressure on the young gal over the counter. As a customer for ten years, I do not deserve this. You market yourself as a retail shop. Clearly you are not doing your job. Very disappointed in the staff. I will not be coming to shop, in the near future nor recommending Silver Cricket to any businesses or friends.
