Nonie and Aubrey took great care of me and managed to get me a favorable outcome. We sat through three long days of mediation to avoid going to court. The other party was extremely high conflict and cruel during our months long ordeal. Aubrey was diligent, patient, and professional working to calm my every nerve and sooth my anxiety. I felt reassured and well cared for by their whole team. I don't wish what I went through on anyone, but if you find yourself in need of representation that truly cares, look no further than Just Law. I thank God for them and that this whole ordeal is over with.

After much research, I selected the Just Law Firm to handle my divorce. I liked what I read about the firm on-line and knew I would need highly qualified representation in my divorce. Excellence was what I got with Nonie Ferguson and her teamplus patience, kindness, experience, skill, attention to detail and determination. From my first interview, Nonie Ferguson, gave me the precise direction for the best way to approach this divorce. When there were bumps in the road during the process, Nonie led the way to a successful conclusion. I was very grateful to have her as my attorney. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a divorce attorney.

I am a stay at home mom. I reached out to Nonie and during our consultation, I explained to her that I am a stay at home mom and I did not want the lives of my children to change too much. The husband had already moved out and was giving me a set amount of money that was enough for me and my kids to continue living. Yes, we had a cut back on some things but my focus was here at home with my children. And he was able to continue giving me this amount for about a year and a half before the divorce was final. Nonie made me feel reassured. I trusted her. Paid her A LOT of money. She failed me and my children. I am now receiving a little more than half of what I was receiving from the ex husband a month. Nonie told me to get a 40 hour a week job and not to worry because statistically I will be married in a year and a half. My mind is still blown because the dating scene is not where I want my focus to be at this time in my life. I'm a single mom working with a lot less every month trying my hardest to make it work for my kids so, I can be here at home for them. Sorry Nonie no time to swipe left or right at this moment. Shame on you! And besides, why should I go out and find a man to save me and my kids from this disaster of a divorce. All you had to do was your job. You missed so many opportunities that would've benefited my children and I. You overlooked so much. This morning there was a bomb threat called into my kids's school. Of course I was home. In a matter of minutes I was at the school. This hasn't happened in our small town that I'm aware of. There was a little bit of confusion. The kids were obviously very upset. Had I been at my 40 an hour a week job there's a good chance I would've missed this text message or this email. I would've been far from home because most jobs are out of our small town. I would've felt like a complete failure to my children because I should've been there for them. This is what I originally sacrificed my career for. To be there in case of an emergency, or simply just a bellyache. My kids and I will continue to wait in lines at churches for food for as long as we need to, because Nonie let us down. I will continue to work my butt off on the weekends while the kids are at their dad's house to make money. On behalf of many, many stay at home moms-KARMA. Beatrice R

I loaned my daughter over $20K to pay Nonie's lawyers fees. I witnessed my daughter give a 100% and Nonie failed my daughter and her children. As a mom I did everything I could to help my daughter and my grandchildren. It's the most hopeless feeling when the lawyer she trusted and had full faith in , to do the best on her behalf, for my child and my grandchildren...and totally let's them down. Nonie missed important details which a seasoned lawyer would have caught, she did not follow through on things she said she would. My daughter got nothing for those $20K. I've witnessed my daughter suffer from sevier anxiety and depression because of the way this case was handled. I don't wish this on anyone else's children Divorce is hard. I have been blessed to never have been divorced in my life. This is new for our family. When my daughter retained Nonie, it was so quick. I asked her to please do more research. This is very important. No one in the family is familiar with divorce. Get a good lawyer, but like most children. She did not listen to my advice. And now I share this advice with the rest of you.

Nonie and her team are truly the best. They represented me in my initial divorce, resulting in a successful settlement in mediation, which I did not think would be possible. They have subsequently represented me in additional custody disputes from my ex, and helped me navigate this high-conflict coparenting situation, which includes a child with special needs and other complex matters. Nonie is extremely detail-oriented, and her attention to small details and documentation was invaluable when the Decree was being questioned for amendment, as her initial thoroughness eliminated any possible opportunities to manipulate loopholes or omissions. Nonie strives to keep her clients out of court and provides guidance for the best course to pursue based on your individual situation/goals, while also giving direct and factual information about all possible outcomes, including negative ones. I would recommend Just Law and Nonie, especially if you are in the greater Summit County or Wasatch County area, as Nonie has a thorough understanding of the Park City and Heber Valley community, school systems, culture, etc. that is so important when determining childrens best interests. Lastly, huge shout out to Sharnae, Nonies paralegal. She is AMAZING and treats every case as if its her only one. Truly a rock star!!
