Dr. Smith was amazing to work with. His staff were very polite and professional. The lady at the desk gave me an estimate of what my insurance would pay, which was not much unfortunately, but it was worth it to me to get such excellent treatment.

My root canal experience was fine. My billing experience is not so much. I paid what was estimated at time of service, my insurance took its sweet time to resolve their end, then I get a notice in the mail 18 months after the service that I have a past due balance. The office girl says she has called 3 times, (no record of a missed call or voicemail on my end) no email sent that they also have on file, and claim to have sent 3 mail notices. No mail, no voicemail, no missed calls, no email, and verified with my cell carrier that they have not called my number since time of service. I received a notice in the mail, finally, and called to pay within 48 business hours of receiving it to find that the bill is already in collections and is now roughly $80 more. bottom line, the work was done well, the staff at time of service is great, but billing is not. I will gladly pay what is owed, but can do that if I am not aware of a bill.

The doctor was amazing and his bedside manner was great. I asked up front to know the final cost of my root canal, because nobody likes surprises. I asked twice to confirm and then paid the full amount I was told. Well, I received a surprise bill in the mail. They charged even more than what I paid!! Kidding me?!? I called the office and the lady that said she was the office manager was a rude B and told me they cant do anything about it. Absolutely terrible and untrained office staff. Beware they charge Park City prices for exams!! They got a boat load of money from my insurance and still want more $$!

I am very grateful to Dr. Smith. I contacted his office while I was traveling abroad, and he arranged to see me as soon as I returned to Utah. He is professional, competent and kind. My treatment experience was efficient and pain-free. I couldnt recommend him more highly.

Dr Smith and his staff are excellent in every way. I Went in on short notice (out here for vacation) in severe pain and they were fast, super efficient and very thorough. Absolutely would recommend him 100%. very knowledgeable and they were very accommodating. Earned the 5 stars !
