Amazing experience. They listened to my concerns. They were gentle for my cleaning, I haven't had such a great experience in previous times at other places. The attention to detail was also amazing!

Dr Peterson was outstanding. I am a part time Park City resident and broke a veneer . The office worked me in very quickly, called my dentist office in Austin to ensure the lab made a good match to the originals that were on, and had the temporary on that looks almost as great as an original. I'm so pleased and thankful I've found an outstanding dentist in Park City!

Working with Dr. Petersen’s office was unlike any dental, even medical experience, I’ve had thus far. Their attention to customer service is unparalleled. We were referred to Dr. Petersen’s office via a family friend; she shared with the doctor our 14 year-old daughter’s unique and unfortunate dental situation (one that would require dental bridges and veneers on most of her teeth) and they told our friend to have us reach out - that they were compelled to try to help! Once I called the office, I was instantly treated as if I’d been a forever patient. Heather and Rebecca, two of the office staff, got to know my daughter and me on a personal level and expressed their intense desire to help her repair her teeth. My daughter was beginning high school and was paralyzed by her severe dental problems; she wouldn’t smile with teeth, wouldn’t show her teeth, and was teased by her peers for having “shark teeth”. Dr. Petersen and staff bent over backwards to work her into their busy schedule and construct a plan that would give her a new smile the first week of school. Dr. Petersen came in on his day off to do the lengthy procedure and the staff was in constant communication to ensure we were comfortable with the details of the plan. There are so many dentists and options in Salt Lake City, but my family chose to go to Park City for what we could see was excellent customer service and phenomenal craftsmanship. I’m next on the list to have them assess my dental goals and we will certainly continue our relationship as long as anyone in my family needs cosmetic dentistry.
